We were told we.needed a new battery and my wife reminded me we had gotten the battery replaced by Baxter a year or two ago. Is there a warranty on these?

Need a new battery and it was only 5 months old. Took somewhere else right away and had the battery checked! It checked good! The ground cable was loose on the post. Hmmmm! Thought that might have gotten checked? Seriously?

I thought it would be a fast swap. But it took some time. She didnt really know what was being done w/car. I had to tell her about the tinting of the windows and later that the film put on the hood. She then said 'we'll see you this afternoon'. I was told it would take 2-3 days. Then she had to find a rental car for me to take.
