Very comprehensive and satisfactory service. However, having owned several Toyotas over many years, and being a retired mechanical engineer, I still don’t understand why the oil change service frequency on my 2024 Tacoma has been increased to 10,000 miles! If there is a valid reason, please advise.

I brought my 4 Runner in for a fog light install without an appointment. It was quickly installed ! After paying I remembered I needed windshield wipers. Justin said no problem and had them installed within a few minutes and sent me on my way. I am from out of town and needed a Friday afternoon fix. Thank you Justin and Baxter Toyota

you changed my brake pads and damaged the brake line- causing brakes to fail completely aprx 70 mikes later. good thing rolling through the stop sign happened on a county road instead of city street. it would have been a fatality for someone.
