Brae was great with us. She explained everything in detail. We had an oil change and the tech did not reset the maintenance light. Also I did not understand why we must pay a inspection fee if we have the work done. We will not be coming back to this place.

We have a rattle in our brand new van that is deemed to be not fixable. Toyota states there is nothing to do and is not offering a satisfactory option. Very disappointed in Toyotas service.

Service didn’t hook up the radiator hose after my coolant service. My truck overheated and was disabled on the side of the road. Had to catch an Uber to meet my wife. Left my keys in my truck and hopefully it got towed back to Baxter. Service manager didn’t really take ownership so really disappointed. No real solutions have been offered.

Brae did a great job. No issues with her at all. She was very professional and pleasant. I just feel a $130 test for a loose/dirty gas cap is excessive. If that is a possible issue with the car it should be able to be determined with a much cheaper test to eliminate that possibility or different sensor on the car as opposed to a check engine light. Again Brae did great work and was very helpful.
