I took my car in for an oil change and a free tire rotation. He was very professional and very nice. The wait was only around one hour so I was satisfied. I had a discount so it only cost me approximately $56 so thank you very much. I appreciate it. Craig J

The environment that Baxter provides is key to keep us coming back. I can get my car serviced, grab a coffee, do some work on my laptop. We live north side, but go south for service because of the environs of the dealership. Ty was great and very attentive. Good experience all around.

Took 3 hrs first of all. Last time I was in, they said my brake pads were in the yellow and would need them replaced this time. Oil was changed last time as well. So I was thinking new pads, inspection and tire rotation this time. Sat for 2hrs before a guy came out and told me my brake were fine and the last guy must have fat lingered it......62,000 miles on these pads mind you. So I say ok and wait another 40 min or so. Turns out I have oil all over my driveway and the under side of my truck. They weren't even supposed to change the oil. They rotated the tires but didn't adjust the pressure correctly. Now I got to figure out were this oil is coming from. Awful service.....period. who know if my brakes are ok.
