While I understand the dealership is working w/new software, the system appears to be behind ex-I had already picked my vehicle up for nearly 30th, still received text messages stating it was done and ready for pick up? I also would like to get a phone call from the service manager regarding/engine noise that I have been reporting since I purchased the vehicle. It has a unusual loud valve train noise that service writers claimed was normal?

Get the problem with bateries prematurely failing from whatever the underlying cause. This just gives a black eye to your staff when they have to to give customers the bad news. Ypu know this!

I appreciate having a loaner while my vehicle was in the shop. However, when my vehicle went in for the 50,000 mile check up, the glove compartment was not closed properly. I asked at this service that it be adjusted and it was not. So it still is half open half closed on a vehicle that is just over three years old.
