Jared gave me back my car in the time he told me. He was courteous and listened to my frustration about my new car tire that seemed to lose 2 pounds & then tripped the sensor alert. If it happens again, he has told me what the next plan of action will be.

It was a typical experience at a car dealership, finding ways to fork more money out of customers for things that are unneeded and unnecessary. If there was another Toyota dealership in town, they would be getting my business the next time my car needed service because rather than having the best interest of the customer in mind, they found ways to make it seem like my car was in need of further maintenance to be able to get more money besides a regular inspection. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

I mentioned that I had an error code for my TPWS malfunction and was told this would be resolved and was easy to fix. When I left it was still present and unresolved. All other service assistance was great.
