They were able to put the right side mirror back on without having to order a new one. They did a check over and seen my tire tread was low so that was unexpectedly but glad they told me about it.

I was most pleased with Matthew Quimby. He stayed on top of things diligently and whenever I had questions or needed advise he was available. He was most informative and helpful. If I buy a vehicle from Baxter it would be because of him. I couldn’t get ahold of Brae many times .

Actually fast work, informative, & took time to replace cabin filter and engine filter after finishing the 20,000 mile service. We live on dirt roads , so we knew the filters would not be clean.l Gratefully

I tried to make an appointment on the Toyota App and could not get it to work as my RAV 4 that I have had for about 6 weeks started making a squeaking noise. So I called and tried to make an appointment and I was told that you take Walk in appointments as long as I was there before noon. I still tried to make an appointment as I live 60 miles away. So I showed up at 6:30 am and they did look at it right away. However the squeaking noise seemed better at first but by the end of the day it was back squeaking again. Whatever the issue is it is not resolved.
