I have now had 2 scheduled oil changes with my Toyota. My biggest frustration is how long it takes to complete a service. Both times have been about an hour and a half. I work and live on the other side of town and takes up a major part of my day to get a service. Planning rides or shuttles around this is impractical so I end up taking vacation time to wait

My actual mileage on the RAV4 is 63,090. But recorded on my service sheet and in Bacter’s computer is listed as 53,090. So does that mean I have an extended warranty?

The only thing was an issue was I didn’t receive any of the text that were sent that morning until I was about a block outside of your facility. Might have been my carrier but I always have great service from your employees Thank you
