I have one wheel that has a banged up valve stem and no cap on it, we'll after my service was done, that wheel is still in the same location on the car...so the wheels didn't get rotated ! I paid for this service and it's not being done properly. Not happy about this.

Jared was professional, friendly, and answered all in any of my questions concerning Maintenance. I had some concerns about warranty and he was able to walk me through it and discuss my warranty in detail. They got me in and out of their service department quickly and efficiently.

When I made appointment I told the person all I wanted fixed. He said to tell them when I get there he just took down the recall. I get there and they tell me there has to be a diagnosis and have to see if my warranty covers it and this would take hours and need another appointment. Then I get to the truck and they didn’t even wash it. We looked at buying a truck there before we got this one. Not a happy place to be. Now with this experience I will NEVER go back. I already have an appointment made at Lexus and they are picking the truck up from my house and have already checked on the warranty. You need to do better. First thing I told my husband when I got home is I’ll never go back there. He then told me he wasn’t happy with when we were looking to buy.

The 23 Tundra ****. It's a fragile, cheaply built pile of dung. Everything I complained about, your service rep agreed with. So Baxter knows they sell crap and do nothing to help their customers remedy it.
