What a very nice gal! She was pleasant, non pushy, helpful, attentive to my requests, and cheerful always smiling. I told her I really liked her personality and would give her great reviews! All the women were smiling and laughing together and that made me feel like it was a great environment. Loved it!

Talk to Matt Quimby. I emailed him detailed information about the dissatisfaction from today. My guess is no one from Baxter reads these. Baxter has been a complete **** show for the last 2 years and no one ever cares to respond or try to fix the issue.

The notes the service advisor took were not accurate to what I told her. This left me frustrated and I asked to speak to the mechanic but I was told they don’t have phones and can’t call me. When I got to the dealership to pick my truck up I noticed what I thought was still the problem I was having. The mechanic who was nice and kind rode in the truck with me and explained things to me. I ultimately will still return to Baxter Toyota but the notes taking by the advisor was frustrating. The mechanic was kind and explained things nicely to me.

Stephanie was very friendly and helpful over the phone. She knew exactly what the issue was as I described it to her. And, again, when I came in person, she was just as courteous and knowledgable, explaining in accessible terms my specific battery issue.
