She did not seem to know what she was doing Just needed running light replace Mechanic came up and assisted thank goodness someone could stop her from turning the lights and brights on and off
She checked into and answered all of my questions.
The only thing was the new car mats were got dirty after the car was washed. Not a big deal but could have been prevented.
Erin was courteous and clear about the status of my service and gave me appropriate & timely updates on the status and reasons for the required work. She kept me up to date as the work was completed and followed up to be sure the work done was to my satisfaction before closing my service order.
Toyota has always offered a superior product, Baxter understands it’s the people that make the difference in customer satisfaction.

Angie was great to work with. She took care of all the warranty work, put me in a great loaner vehicle, and she and the repair techs got my car back to me much quicker than expected.
Michael was amazingly helpful. He showed me why the car was beeping at me (back window was not closed). That was so much better than what I feared. He paired my phone to the car’s bluetooth. He explained why moving the car might help with the mouse problem. He got the car washed. Service was prompt and complete. I am very pleased. Linda R Brown

This service was handled horribly and not by Jared. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks ago and took my car in only to be called back an hour later because you didn’t order the parts. I was told I would get a call when the part got in, but did not. I had to call about it a week later and I scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 3:30. When I brought the car in on Thursday I was told the appointment got put down for Friday. I was then told that the car would be worked on and ready for me by Friday at 3:00. At 3:30 on Friday I called about my car and got hung up on. I called a few more times but no one picked up the phone or called me back. I had to show up at the dealership and ask in person to get my car back and I was charged more then I was originally told it would cost.
My question was answered.
There is an issue that we still need to resolve, but have to wait for parts to come in. Otherwise everything was great.

I Attempted to call and discuss my issues with your bill and I was twice sent to voicemail. On third attempt you didn't even answer the phone and continued to just push a button keeping me on hold with no intent of ever connecting me to anyone. I have two issues. First I was billed $255 labor for something that took less than 30 minutes to complete. I was told in January 2024 that job would cost $100 and it actually cost me $521.42 Secondly I was charged $48.45 for environmental fee. That is outrageous. My last oil change it was $4.36. This is either a mistake or you've scammed me.
