They smeared their dirty feet all over my floor mat and then all over the threshold of the door. I keep my vehicle immaculate and after I do service there and I bring it home and have to clean it out with a wet soapy rag to get all this crap off the drug in it while they were servicing it. How can I trust them working on my vehicle when they drag their dirty feet all over my $60,000 ride. Anything that pisses me off it’s people that doesn’t respect your property. All it would’ve took was a rag and wipe off the dirt off the threshold. Of course you would’ve had to wash the floor mat. I took a picture of it to back it up, but I couldn’t post it on this site here, but I’ll be sure when I come back back in for another oil change. I’ll show it to the manager.

This is the third time I have had to show up as I received no notification the repairs were finished, and in this case I called three times and had no success getting my call to the service desk. Unless I am not understanding the notification process this is not the service experience I expected when I purchased the car as my last experience with Toyota service (when dealership was on N 27th) was much, much better.

First time I've taken my vehicle in to be serviced here and for an oil change in general as I usually do it myself. They were great and very knowledgeable! Didn't try to get me to get any unnecessary add on and were honest about when things should be changed in the future. I appreciated the video to show what they were looking at (breaks) and giving me a good timeline. Glad I invested in the maintenance plan and will be continuing to use this service and location!
