Erin was great! I brought the vehicle on Wednesday afternoon and went over the planned service. She took off a brake inspection because I was having no trouble and there would be a visual exam with the work I was having done. Looking out for the customer! Thanks Erin!

Very good experience at Toyota. Jared was very knowledgeable and went through with what they did to my vehicle. Offered drinks and snacks. My car was done unless the time they predicted. Very pleased!

Ty and Danny were absolute professionals! They knew exactly what was wrong with my car, communicated with me perfectly and often as to the status. They prepared me for the small amount of money I would need to pay, they had a loaner ready for me on very short notice, absolutely wonderful experience!

Arrived for 7:30 service appt about 6:45am. Service advisor Ty said they couldn't get me in for service. This is the first time that has ever happened. Then he told me that I didn't have an appointment. Problem #1 - I previously made an appointment on line and received 2 confirmations. The I asked that the front Toyota rubber floor mats not be removed on driver's side. It had a carpeted insert "wired to the rubber floor mat. He couldn't do that because it was a Toyota policy. Service advisor Ty must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed that day because he was confrontational from our first contact. Then he took the car back and the service was completed in 30 minutes. Called Matt, service manager, about the whole issue later that morning and had to leave a voice mail to be called back. Never recceived a call that day. I have never had such a poor experience with a service advisor in the many years I have had Toyotas (10 or more vehicles) in for service at Baxter Toyota Lincoln, NE. Makes me wonder if I should go elsewhere for service.
