Our tires were noted in “caution” after only having used them for 10,000 miles. We had purchased them from Baxter. We were told in March to wait until our next service which was this one. When we mentioned the tires, we were told they would have to put in a claim, and we’ve not heard anything yet. we would’ve appreciated a greater sense of urgency about the issue.

The only problem is that it took over 1 1/2 hours to complete the oil change and inspection. I was told 45 min to 1 hour in advance.

When we arrived to pick up our vehicle we approached the desk and the associate Stephanie that was working was not in the best mood. I had a bill which we stated should be covered by our warranty. She seemed very upset by this and proceeded to not talk to us following this statement. When I apologized for the miscommunication she smirked and rolled her eyes. I understand that everyone has a bad day but this being my first vehicle from Baxter and my first oil change I was upset leaving.
