A very satisfying experience. I was met at my vehicle by a very friendly female service representative who explained in detail what the vehicle needed to have done to it. I proceeded to the waiting area and enjoyed a machine produced latte with two extra shots and a bottle of cold water while working a crossword puzzle in one of the courtesy Lincoln Journals in the waiting area. Before I knew it my vehicle was ready to go. I was impressed with everyone’s efficiency.

I really appreciate how the service technician greets you right away, quickly pulls up your appointment details, and gives you an estimated wait time. It’s fast, efficient, and hassle-free. The only feedback I have is that it could be more intuitive for drivers to know how to pull up to and exit the service garage. This was my second visit, so I knew what to do, but the first time was a bit nerve-wracking. I didn’t realize the garage door had a sensor and would open automatically as a car approaches. I understand the setup improves efficiency and allows staff to focus on other tasks, but for someone who doesn’t visit the Toyota service center often, it can be confusing and a little intimidating.

When I got back in my car the sky light was open and there was dirty finger prints on light grey cover I have to clean off. The front floor matt I have to protect the rubber matt which can bw marred unable to repair was in backseat on floor along with my glasses in case. I try to keep my car in good condition in case you get it back for resale. Thank you for listening. Had an issue with last car having fluid inside of car to clean up after checkup. Kept pic if you want to see. FYI

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. My last oil change was in November. My window sticker said to schedule my next maintenance in May at 8100 miles. It’s now July and I am at 7600 miles. So, within 500 miles of my next service, but a couple months past May. We have a couple of trips coming up that will put a lot of miles on the car so I decided to get the maintenance done prior. When I arrived, Brae told me I didn’t qualify for an oil change with Toyota Care, but that they could do a tire rotation. She said I can only get an oil change every 10,000 miles, which is NOT what I was told when I purchased my vehicle last June. I was told at that time, every 5000 miles. I really felt like she wanted to send me away. I did agree to the tire rotation. When she came to get me when the work was completed, she told me she did some more checking and that I could receive an oil change so they went ahead and did it. I would have felt better about the appointment had she said, “Let me check into this” rather than just telling me I didn’t qualify. I have driven Toyota’s for over 50 years and have never been told I couldn’t get a particular service. It was a bit frustrating.

I disagree with the statement by the technician that clouding on the inside of the headlights is normal why would I pay in excess of $55,000 for a tuck whose headlights have already started clouding on the inside after slightly more than the first 10,000 miles. At this rate what will they be like at 10,000 or 50,000 miles Erin was very good and efficient. She addressed all my concerns and was very pleasant to work with. Give her 5 stars
