The service was completed to my satisfaction. I’m especially pleased with how well the headlamp covers cleaned up.

Repair was fairly quick, and it feels back to safe, regular driving conditions. I appreciated the amount of communication from the staff.

For the most part I’m sure everything was done. I asked the that checked me in if they would was it she said they would it wasn’t done. Disappointed in that regard.

Like everyone these days, we are a family with both parents that work and it’s a struggle to get things done as simple as getting your oil changed. We were given a time slot of 1:15 and we’re told the service would take about an hour, when in reality, it was almost 2. My wife dropped the vehicle off 10 minutes early to be considerate of your time and schedule. She didn’t receive her vehicle back until about an hour 2:45 minutes after her schedule time. She went to the desk at 2:25 and was told that not to worry as it looks like they’re working on it now..We have a 11 year-old daughter that needed picked up from volleyball by 2:45.I get delays can happen in service and take a little longer than quoted, it should not take almost 2 to change oil. I understand they are things that drive delays, your staff should be upfront and approach the person waiting before or near the time provided in those situations in case they have to make other arrangements.

Erin made sure to track me down after my car was done. She explained something I had questions about regarding my tires. Great experience!

Jared is the best. He is friendly, efficient and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.

Michael addressed my questions - like the number for the Toyota Roadside assistance, and they did the oil change/tire rotation! Looking forward to coming back!

An oil change does not take 2 hrs. Obviously they are bringing in too many vehicles at one time. Not happy either that our 58,000 mile RAV4 has an apparent head gasket leak. Wasn’t a good morning!

A passenger side mirror replacement - 40 minutes from start to finish. Excellent service.
