I wasn’t happy with the staff at the check in counter. Nobody greeted me or ask to help. One of the was setting a her desk and completely ignored me and until another staff was helping another customer and me he is helping someone else but once he will come come check me. I had been coming to Baxter for 4 years and my last two visits those new staff are not friendly at all and they are on their phones.

was a very easy process to negotiate. I thought that I might have a problem with my AC. However, my service advisor had an alternative solution (no cost solution) which turn2ed out to be correct.

I don't understand how brake pads and rotors or drums are considered hazardous waste. Most is scrap metal and you can get money for that and pads no longer contain asbestos. But yet I was charged $41+ to dispose of them. If this is true , you could be making money. I just think that is a lot of money that you might be getting money for.

I cannot say enough good things about Evan in the service department at Toyota. He is the sole reason we trust Toyota with our vehicles. Every single visit, Evan goes above and beyond—he’s knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about doing right by his customers. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never pressures us, and makes sure we feel confident in every decision. Finding someone in the car service world that you can fully trust is rare, and Evan has earned that trust completely. If he were ever to leave, our business would go with him. We need to buy 3 vehicles in the next 6 years and will be at Toyota if Evan is still there. Toyota is lucky to have him—he embodies what true customer service should be.

The service was efficient, completed what I came for. I received texts letting me know the progress and when my car was ready. Ty met me as I drove in, texted when my car was ready, and checked me out. My car was read to go! Thanks!
