Brian was excellent. He provide accurate update on my 4runner and verified some questions and pricing I asked about. I forgot there was one thing that could have gone better. because my rear bumper had been painted a month ago, I asked the guy in the customer appointment section that received my vehicle and I mentioned it to Brian to not have my car washed. apparently my car was washed anyway. but there was no damage or scratches to my recently painted rear bumper. so I pretty much forgot about it. the auto body shop told me not to run it through a car wash for for 3 months and it's been one month. But I'm not complaining about it. my car looks great and there was zero damage done. in fact, they may have washed it without touching the rear bumper. I don't know.

Jose is great! Just disappointed that I was charged $180 for testing on my car. I bought the car there in 2016 and have been servicing it there for the past 9 years. Just was hoping for long term customer courtesy. I know dealerships charge more than other mechanic shops, but have enjoyed the convenience and was willing to pay a bit more. But, now I will probably be taking my car elsewhere.
