Mile was more than professional from start to finish. I’ve had him before as my service representative and he without a doubt made getting my car serviced easy and stress free. Mike is patient and very approachable which for me is very important when it comes to dealing with business affairs . Mike doesn’t leave you out of the loop if you need to know what’s going on with my car. He explains in plain terms what needs to be done or recommended and allows you the option to decide without the pressure or guilt if I decide otherwise. Mike truly goes the extra mile when you need to know the facts and tells it like it is. He puts my mind at ease and doesn’t leave me out of the important details which for me helps me to understand and make a sound financial decision to get the work done for my Toyota vehicle. No matter whether I have an appointment or not, Jose consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. He always rolls out the red carpet-even when my visit is last minute. We recently had to replace the motor in our 2023 Toyota Tundra due to a recall, and Jose made the entire process as smooth as possible. He was professional, informative, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He kept us updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what to expect throughout the repair. Having a major repair like an engine replacement can be stressful, but Jose handled everything with great communication and professionalism.
