First of all, everyone at the dealership is very nice and polite. The length of time for service however is flat out ridiculous. We were in there for tire rotation and fluid check. It took over two hours to complete! That should be no more than a 20 minute job. It is obviously a management problem. What is the point of having an appointment! Unless the get their act together we will probably never buy another car from this dealership.

Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived to pick up my car and not only could they not find my keys my car was missing. Eventually I was told my car had been driven and delivered to someone else. We waited an hour in the lobby for someone to deliver the other owners car to them and return our car. We do not feel the “I’m sorry” makes up for the stress and inconvenience.

I’m hoping you guys can remotely reset my maintenance warning because it was not reset yesterday so if I have to bring it all the way back to havasu because I live In **** I will be pretty upset and I should get compensated gas or something
