Service advisor did a good job but screwed me on repair hours. Show me where the book pays 3 hours to replace cam sensor pigtail plug in a simple location. You people charged me 3 hours for a 15 minute job on top of diagnostic charges just to pad your bill. What happened to book time or your hourly rate for labor. Total screw job on your part

I had requested to have my keys left in the dropbox as I was not gonna be available to pick up my car before closing time. I was never given the code and I am stranded in a city that I do not live in because I was never given the code. No number to get ahold of Toyota to get my keys. This is beyond unacceptable.

The only thing I was upset about was the price of the cost to replace the day time running light. $3000. Is outrageous! I paid for the extended warranty but of course it wasn’t covered. I have always loved Toyota but this is getting to be too much!!!

The problem is with my tires and you guys say there's nothing wrong with them but they are wearing the same way when I put the new tires on so there's something going on with the truck but your text say there's nothing going on and nobody could figure it out so then the tires go out you guys will be replacing them at no cost to me

I was asked if I wanted the truck washed, and I said yes. However, the truck was not washed. Other than that, the service was great and quick! Thank you!
