Had requested service department to check a dark spot in the left head light which is annoying. Kenny had indicated that it's apparent in some vehicles. My wife does not like it since it's a bran new vehicle. If it gets worse or she stays unhappy with it, we may need to have it looked further at it.

My only suggestion for improvement is that I wasn’t clear where to go to retrieve my car when I returned to dealership; I did not see any signage to properly direct me; I ended up waiting in line at cashier to be directed to proper checkout. That ought to be easily correctable - the checkout process was different than when I had last been to dealership. Overall you’ve made great strides of improvement in customer service since I’d last been in more than a year ago, and greatly appreciated
