Great friendly service starting from the service writer I believe his name was Wade till we checked out. And the wash job look good.

I have many negative issues with the “service” performed yesterday. First off I was given virtually no details about what would be performed. Secondly, and much more importantly, my vehicle was returned with multiple deficiencies not present when I dropped it off, including missing parts, loose parts, broken parts, non-working vehicle systems, and chipped paint. This is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion but because I am reasonable I will give Anderson Toyota a chance to discuss the matters and return a portion of my invoice before I make a mission to explain all these issues in detail on social media and why no one should consider using your services.

Extremely good service. The car was ready on time. I felt free to ask all the questions I wanted regarding the car and its history. Jonathan was very helpful. I also enjoyed the lounge and the terrific snacks always a great time at Anderson Toyota.

We waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Just tell us when you are really busy and we won't come that day. You need to figure out how to schedule better.

Kenny was great. But I forgot to ask when the last oil change was? There was no manual or any book of records showing any maintenance on the vehicle. I need to know when the next oil change is... so I don't know if y'all did it when y'all first got the truck or if it needs to be done and I need to make an appointment with you guys to do it?
