Can’t emphasize enough, I’ve had wonderful service from Anderson Toyota. Jennifer has been amazing help. My car had a large project, there were a few hiccups after the project, I called her and let her know if the situation and she took care of it without charging me another dime. I can not appreciate her enough. I would recommend Jennifer to any other individual who is having problems with their Toyota.

No, my hub cap was broken during the service and I wasn’t told. When I left I noticed the break and reported it. I was assured that all hubcaps will be replaced tomorrow. The service manager handled it very well and he spoke with the technician who made the mistake.

Quick check in. Received the inspection report to review. Received a text when my car was ready. Checked in with Jennifer when I picked it up and she also shared the inspection report, the service that was completed and also that the recalls were addressed.

Upon arrival Jose informed me my recall was not yet available, and the appointment was made in error by someone else (not Jose). He offered to pay for my gas, however as I had another appointment I kept the appointment and had warranty work done. Jose was great as always and ensured my needs were met. Thanks as always Jose.

Howie is the whole reason for me choosing Anderson Toyota. My first contact was with Howie. He went the extra mile to help me and he made me feel comfortable. I live in Bullhead and I made the mistake of calling the lake havasu Toyota dealer, I thought I was calling the kingman Toyota dealer, but once I spoke to Howie, I made the decision to make the lake havasu dealer my place for service! Howie is the best!!
