I told him I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation he said oh you want the 5000 mile check up. I said ok thinking that included an oil change. When the car was ready there was no oil change. When I asked him why not he got in my face and told me that the extent of our conversation was just a 5000 mile check. I told him that was not the extent of the conversation. So basically he’s calling me a liar. All he had to do was tell me the oil change wasn’t part of the 5000 mile check up. But he didn’t he just tells me I didn’t even discuss it with him . So I drove all the way from Fort Mohave for a tire rotation I don’t think so. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. All he had to say was I didn’t understand we will get right on it but know he couldn’t do that he got aggressive right off the bat. So you can believe me or not but I won’t be returning.

Typically recieve great customer service. Unfortunately today's visit was unnecessarily long as it took 3 hours for a routine oil change. I showed up 20 minutes before my 1pm appointment & did not leave the lot until 3:30pm. The last 40 minutes of me being there my car was sitting in the parking lot. Who knows how much longer before I noticed it (still wasn't sure if it was mine since no one came to inform me). During all this additional time, the original associate who checked me in was on the phone while others associates were conversing with other customers & each other. It wasn't until he finished his call that I was helped. I could have been checked out by anyone else, but not once was I acknowledged by them.

Every time my seating are changed have to reset them again . If you have to check the lights that’s fine please put them back to where they where before.

Great service. Fixed my car tire sensor problem that other tire companies in time couldn't fix it!!So happy this was handled by their specialist. Great job!!
