My service light cam on for my first service. I didn’t make an appointment service man said he would try to fit me in it would be 2 to three hours less than 45 minutes it was complete I was not expecting such wonderful service Thank you Anderson Toyota

For the second time - I requested for tire rotation but again it was not done. The oil change took 2hrs, I know I made a last minute schedule but 2hrs for an oil change? I do not know what was going on today but I wasn't greeted when I pulled in, I waited 10mins with no greetings as service people walked in and out. I had to go in to the service assistant to let them know I was there. I requested an oil change as well as a tire rotation and I felt I was not being heard and again the tire rotation was not done. This visit was not good.

She made it clear that it was my fault that I didn't get the fifth service for free. I was upset that I wasn't told I would be charged when I arrived and during the service the service tech talk to me about the filters and I asked about the charge I saw at that time and he told me it was my fifth service and should not be charged. I tried to talk to her to see if this could be overlooked as I had been told I get the first five services free. I know it's my responsibility to understand the contract but it should also be clear when you purchase the vehicle. This is more of the principle of the matter then the cost. It really upset me that your staff seems to be ok with losing a customer that has purchased three vehicles from the Anderson team over the past years. The experience has left a bad taste and what made it even better is I asked for a wash and it wasn't even done ether.
