My family and I traveled from Bullhead City to Havasu dealership and we were very impressed! There was games for my kids to play with while we waited for our vehicle to be serviced and they even had delicious snacks and drinks and even ice cream! Jennifer is, as always, amazing. Oil change completed and we weren't able to turn off seat heater, as mine is stuck on. She knew I did not have a lot of time and wanted to get going. She always looks out for the customer.

I wouldn’t deal with anyone else. He’s been my service writer since I first started going to Anderson, when I moved here. He is so pleasant and communicative when it comes to explaining news that is sometimes not pleasant. He always makes me feel like I’m his favorite customer!!

Service was quick- much appreciated! Only complaint is my tire light turned on for low tire pressure 3 hours after my appointment. All valve caps on my tires were tightly secured, so no leaks. Just had to take to a tire shop to air up. This makes me wonder if whoever checked my car only visually looked at my tires, and pencil whipped filling out the multi point inspection checklist. I plan to use this dealership again for service, so long as I don’t continue to have issues arise hours after my appointment.

I would like to thank Kenny Gehrman who was very attentive and attention to detail with handling the service for my Toyota vehicle. He was friendly, and very approachable when asking him any questions that I had. In addition , I would also like to thank, the friendly staff member who checked my car in upon arrival. She kindly directed me where I should go and whom I would be speaking to next in the process.
It can be confusing when you’re getting your car serviced and you don’t know your way around, so it’ was greatly appreciated to have the direction from a knowledgeable staff member.
In closing I would like to thank Bonnie, my shuttle driver whom also made it very pleasant in getting the reliable transportation to and from my home while waiting for my car to be serviced. It would seem to me, that by Bonnie’s friendly demeanor, Bonnie enjoys her job and likes to interact with her passengers, making friendly conversation to help make my shuttle ride a pleasant trip and made me feel at ease as she carefully handled driving the shuttle, with excellent driving awareness and skill.
These three staff members alone, all made my visit to Toyota, a great experience and I would expect nothing less as I can now see, that Toyota has properly taught their staff members , that a little kindness and respect to customers, will always speak in volumes and go a long way, to assure that every customer feels important when they are treated as if they are.
