This is the first time I’ve taken our new 4Runner in for service. I don’t want to bring my car back to this dealership again. I had a very minor problem with a dash rattle and they not only failed to fix, but the “mechanic” gouged up my dash and left it partially disassembled upon return. The “mechanic” actually used a screwdriver instead of a trim tool on the brand new dash. This was an amateur mistake. How can I expect to trust them with anything more complicated? Our vehicle was only two weeks old and now it’s damaged forever. What a shame. I drove three hours round trip and waited in the lobby for half a day only to be told that the dealership couldn’t fix the problem. In fact, they left our new 4Runner worse than when I brought it in, trusting them to fix it. This was a huge disappointment.
