I have a Honda CRV and Mike has been my go to guy for at least 4 years saves me going to Kingman ! He is the best honest super reliable and always tells me the truth on what my car needs. My car is in prefect running condition and is 8 yrs old ! Mike is the best in Havasu in my opinion ! So happy with Anderson Toyota in all ways superior team ! Cheri C

Prompt friendly service and comfortable waiting lounge. The only drawback was when I was told both the cabin air filter and the engine air filter were dirty and needed replaced. I told them I’d do it myself. When I got home I took each one out and they were perhaps 5% dirty. Did not need replacing which makes me wonder if anyone even looked at them.

To start with, I was completely satisfied with Customer Service. it’s a pleasure working with Jose. However upon returning home, stopping at our post office here in Topock someone waved to me and said that something was dragging underneath the vehicle. I had to get down there and take a look at it. it was the service panel to the oil filter and oil pan. The front screw, which was a temporary screw in my mind. just to secure the panel was gone, and the flap had pulled down. due to the wind had folded back on itself and was dragging. I was able to get it home and secured it a little better. The original screw & keeper was no longer being used and a temporary screw was put in its place, which did not hold. I’m gonna try and send pictures however, I’m not sure how to do it yet. I don’t see how I can send the pictures on this link. I will have them up on the original service text messages and you can take a look at them there. I would like to have this taken care of the next time we return to service the vehicle.
