I came in without an appointment and Steve Quintero assisted me immediately. He got me checked in with my issue and got me comfortable in the waiting area. Steve and the technician came and explained what they have diagnosed and we came up with a plan to get it fixed along with the cost to do so. They took the time to test drive it after the repair and then handed it over to me. Checkout and paying was easy and I left confident the issue was taken care of. I’m from Arkansas and was traveling when this happened. I wish all dealers had people like Steve and an environment like Anderson Toyota where they make the customer feel appreciated and taken care of.
