Jennifer was absolutely incredible nothing to do with Jennifer but I have an ongoing transmission issue where at about 48 mph. The car will jump into gear suddenly of course it would never do it when one of your technicians is driving this is been going on for two years. If there’s an advanced exploration, we can do please let me know.

I was not impressed with my service by Jose. He told me last week when I made the appointment that it would take 1 hr. When I went to drop my vehicle off he told me it would be a 2 hr process I wasn’t planning for that. Then I waited 2 hrs with no word or communication from him. I then saw and heard that Jose went to a class. I then approached one of the service members who was happy to help me and when he got involved I was then informed that it would be another hr. Again I wasn’t excepting that and had to call into work and explain I was stuck at Toyota and missed out on $150.00 of pay. I finally was able to get the truck done and was out of there. I am not pleased at all with the first service tech, but I am glad the second one was able to help and give me answers in a timely manner. I will not be using Jose in the future for any service work in the future.
