So it was a tire pressure light that came on that ended up being a nail in the sidewall. Kenny was the late guy and took care of writing the service and getting me a new tire but then the tire pressure light wouldn’t come off so he said to bring it back in when I showed up the next morning at 7:30 and Kenny was there so I didn’t have to go through the whole story with another service writer pretty awesome dude And the tire pressure light got taken care of.

Went on a road trip Thursday and my check engine light came on. Opened the hood and the oil cap was missing. Called service and they said Tacoma's have that happen sometimes. Never in my 54 years has that happened. It was either never on or not tight. My service there before the rubber caps were still off my battery. I will not be back for service or for my next vehicle. I have more bad experiences there but I'm not the type of person to complain. What really bothers me the most is the potential for long term damage from debris entering the engine on a vehicle I have spent so much time keeping perfect. 22 thousand miles in 4 years and I won't know the extent of damage until more miles are on the truck.
