Dropped my truck off for oil change, an issue with my hood scoop and tailgate. Oil change was 30 minutes, yay. After 2 more hours, I finally followed up with Jose asking for a status. He said he'd get it. I then followed up again after 20 minutes with no answer. Was told another hour ish. That would have put me at 5 hours of waiting in the lobby. He then snapped at me telling me I shouldn't have scheduled if I didn't have the time to wait all day. He went and got my truck and as I was getting ready to drive off, another guy stopped me so the mechanic could pit the nuts back on my hood scoop before I left. I was not informed of the status at all, as I watched other customer be kept in the loop of all the actuins with their vehicles.

I was told that my car would be ready in about two hours but it was 51/2 hours and the car still hasn’t been fixed. As soon as I drove away from the dealership the same problem occurred . I drove right back to the dealership and complained to Jennifer but she stated the car was recalibrating and that the dash lights would go off by the time I got to interstate 40. I had to leave several messages with her before she answered my phone calls. I took a day off of work and drove from Kingman for absolutely nothing. I feel she lied to me and was very dishonest about the problem and the repairs. $355.97 for nothing. I will reach out to the manager and Monday. Thanks Rick

I will tell you how satisfied I am with Anderson Toyota. I live in Kingman Arizona and I rather drive the hour that it takes to get to Anderson Toyota, then I would if you guys were to send me to Anderson Ford. People there are rude, whereas Anderson Toyota has always been helpful and pleasant people to work with in buying a newer vehicle. I have nothing bad to say about any employee that is employed with Anderson Toyota!!

Our car has been in many times for scheduled maintenance. It’s concerning that not till it was brought up this past visit did any attention was given or addressed regarding front plastic guarding accross the front end.This was clearly seen since it was by the front wheels.(especially since Toyota ensures all points inspected) So now this plastic guard under the wheels needs to be replaced after your dealership repeatedly having it every 6 mos . The cost now is very high. I feel this should of been brought to our attention way before the current damage. Other outstanding issue is front rubber by drivers side continues to have air coming in and outside noise is more noticeable. The rubber has been replaced and door adjusted but still has issue.
