Could you please have the CRM provide me with a way to properly document was was done for service and the error made in case I have problems going forward. I assume, once again, if there is sand anywhere it will be my fault but if a hose was not connected properly after service and I was also instructed to continue is to drive the vehicle in sand and then down the road I have problems again due to sand in the engine etc, I do not want to hear again it is my fault. So as I said please provide the proper route I need to take. Thank you

Kenny kept me up-to-date with the status of my vehicle. The service was done in a timely manner, actually it was done quicker than I thought it would be. That’s one thing about Anderson Toyota is they are always quick and don’t keep you waiting.

I will be calling on Monday to schedule the check engine light is on and there is a message about the transmission!!! Also unsure if oil changes should be 5000 miles or 10,000 miles. Been doing every 5000 but it wasn’t done this time and Jennifer said it wasn’t needed until 10,000, which honestly does not make sense since the oil maintenance light was on when I originally brought it in
