Car service was as expected. Didn't feel the same when I arrived. Didn't feel welcomed or listened to. I started my inquiries and questions with little to no acknowledgement. Felt rushed to make me leave the situation and when my vehicle was done, i felt jose rushed me out. Again, I've experienced less than par customer service. So i will await a phone call or email from the service rep supervisor and they will try to express empathy or sympathy but nothing will be done.

I was very satisfied with the service I got from everyone at Anderson Toyota. I was greeted by everyone, checked on and offered refreshments and a ride if I needed. They were very efficient and it didn’t take very long at all. Thank you!

Absolutely love Howie always on top of it all . Always smiling happy & asking if there is anything else he can do. However I was so excited that my warranty covered the carpet in my 2023 Camry , I know it was a great effort to get my car back to me in 1 day since Howie knows I need my car for work but....his laborers accidently , ( I'm sure)did not fasten down my passenger rear door threshold.

I was never given an estimate of how much the repair would cost. This should always be given to the customer before proceeding with the repair. I was charged a thousand dollars for the so called repair without even getting an estimate to see if they should proceed. I would say I am not satisfied at all.

Kenny was a fantastic support throughout the process of figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle. I will be sending a thank you letter to the dealership about his efforts while working on my vehicle. I will always recommend Anderson Toyota to anyone for vehicle maintenance and or purchasing a new car due to how my needs were addressed, they truly take the needed time to help their clients.
