Jose is always professional, understanding and helpful. I missed the last couple of services because the scheduler would move me around to other service advisors. I think it is good customer service to schedule an already established service advisor each service. I Missed Jose.

After air bags put in, rattle or air leak developed in right front pillar area. Buzzed most of the way home in high wind. Car was silent before in windy conditions Will take back for remediation. As usual, everone was courteous and helpful. We live this dealership and know they will make this right.
