Fist I had a 1pm appointment I waited over 10 minutes at the service area in my car. I went inside, several advisors were sitting they just eating at their desk (maybe on lunch), finally a young gentleman walked by and asked if I was being helped answered no he stated he would go clock in and come back to help me. When he came back he said Jose Chavez was my service advisor and he would be the one to help me. But he was away from his desk. I waited for about 15 minutes I went up and asked if he was Jose? He said yes. Making a long story short, he said it would be a few minutes to help us. Finally he was ready, I was here for an oil change and just had new tires put on so didn't require the tire rotation. After an hour my husband stopped him to ask how much longer? He said it should be ready soon. I asked about the text I received stating advice for replacing air filter he said oh ok then we will have you vehicle ready. My husband went to speak with him because he realized it was not the cabin filter so he wanted the filter replaced. We waited another hour when we asked when it would be done. Finally it was ready. No apologies for the long wait, the horrible lack of communication from Jose. We paid and left. Two and a half hours was unexceptionable especially with a scheduled appointment. Then we walked out looking for our car. He didn't even show or tell us where our car was parked. I've been there before and it's usually quick. But this was horrible. I drove from Bullhead City. Next time I'll take it to Toyota in Redlands, CA when I'm down there. Their service department is exceptional. I'm truly disappointed in his service and lack of communication and customer service. Very efficient and helpful!

Service and speed was outstanding. Waiting area and amenities very nice. Only issue was upon entry into my Rav4 was a very unpleasant body odor smell. Windows down and a short ride aired things out. Just and FYI. Thanks for a pleasant experience otherwise.
