I would like to thank Nyree Wade for her exceptional attention to detail and her professionalism as a Toyota service representative for Anderson Toyota . Nyree goes above and beyond for the customer as I personally have had the best customer experience for my vehicle on two separate occasions. Nyree takes the time to listen concerning my vehicles issues and allows me to explain my concerns regarding the repair(s) needed. She is willing to offer a feesable solution and options the technicians may be able to take to resolve my vehicle issues. I appreciate her honesty when trouble shooting the problems that may arise, and her advice in helping to get me the best price in the end financially. Thank you Nyree. As usual, the effort to keep me informed and comfortable while I wait is so special to me. Jose has taken time to know my comfort level with my vehicle and what decisions I make and what I want him to suggest to me. He just rocks. My husband and I just leased a Camry and we’d asked Jose to introduce to a trusted rep and then we met Jamil who was wonderful.

Jennifer was amazing. I really appreciated her kindness and her diligence when working with my 4Runner. I asked her to please not wash it and to please not adjust the driver's seat. I was really impressed that not only did she put a "Do not wash" sign on it, but she hand wrote a "Do not adjust seat" note as well. It was cool to hear that she herself was previously a 4Runner owner, and I loved the passion she spoke with about the model and the brand. She's a keeper!!
