Besides, getting back home from Laughlin to bullhead city and my check engine light come on due to a jose.Didn't either put back on right or tighten?Jose was great through the whole thing

Brian was great. However, on my way home from my service,I noticed the vehicle was a bit louder. Popped the hood when I got home and the air filter was just sitting loose on top of the intake. The intake box was loose and not latched. I would like a call to discuss this on Monday when the service department opens. I took pictures when I got home for reference. Thank you.

Hi I believe I ve had 3-4 oils changes on my Rav-4 and each time I have asked for my windshield wiper fluid to be refilled and each time they say “ oh yes no problem” well each time I’ve picked up my car the windshield wiper fluids were not filled up like I had asked at the time I didn’t mention anything cause no biggie human error people get busy I totally get it but after the 4th time in a row I believe, it still hasn’t been filled up. I would like for the next oil change to ensure that those fluid are topped off. Thank you kindly

One of the factors that I chose to come back to Anderson was the carwash perk. I arrived at 1. My appointment was at 1:30. Received my car at 2:40. Walked out to my car and noticed it was not washed. My agent was helping another customer. I talked to another wonderful agent and he said no problem and took my car. Shortly after he returned to me and said they were unable to wash my vehicle due to my sun roof does not close all the way. I said I take it to the car wash all the time. He advised me that the manager makes the final decision. I was disappointed. When I got home I noticed that 130 was still on my car. These thoughts came to my mind. The last time I came in I did receive a car wash. Same sun roof issue. Also why didn't they tell me they didn't wash my car. I had to find out when I went to my car. And if they were unable to wash my car then why didn't they remove my red 130? the last time my car was washed (different manager????)I don't think I would've written this review but I thought about how I was extremely disappointed the last time my car was worked on. D! I did not write a review because I didn't want the public to see. But here goes: I brought my car in and advised that my injectors and something else was just replaced and not to replace them even if the "computer"says to. When I got my car they replaced the fuel injectors and the other item and then replaced I think the purge valve. In my opinion it was the purge valve that needed to be replaced. I was charged???? Maybe 1100 to $1500 at Anderson and that's around the same I was charged at the other mechanic just a few days before for the injectors and the other item. I asked for the fuel injectors and the other item. Took them back to the mechanic and said that these are Toyota parts and are good. I just shrugged my shoulder because what could I do now. I forked out almost$3000 cash not credit within 5 days. I do not have that kind of money to spend. So I'm disappointed. I know without my business you'll still thrive. Just disappointed.
