Evan was very informative about the GR 86, which made me very happy because a lot of times the service people know nothing about the cars. I found this to be with jeeps. I’m happy that Evan will be the person I see each time very helpful answered every one of my questions. Great place you have there in Lake Havasu. Your dealership will be the only place I take my GR 86 too.

Took to long. 4 1/2 hours!! Normally takes max 1.5 hours. Very little communication, if I was told there would be a back log, I would have gone home. Also, no car wash( no big deal), however black hand marks on the drivers door and door handle, not great with a white car. Overall disappointing.

Jose Chavez is an amazing! He always listens to the problem and gets on it right away to fix it. I could not be happier with the service I received. I was not completely satisfied, I’ve I felt like I was taking advantage of given that I did not understand what service was included and what was not. I called to discuss, but was not explained to properly. Filters were replaced prematurely that did not need to be replaced and the dealership recommended doing things that did not need to be done such as filters being replaced only halfway through the recommended service interval per the manufacturers recommendations.

I really wanted to wait to buy a car but the repair of the electrical problem left me with only one choice. They worked with me and I found a car I wasn't expecting to buy at a price and payments I can manage that won't leave me car payment poor. Thank you so much.
