Service was prompt. Kenny let me know the recommendations and let me decide what I needed done first at that time. He didn’t try to push anything on me. Let me know what he felt was most important and didn’t try to persuade me. I really appreciated that. Had my tru k washed before he gave it back. It always makes you feel good when you get the truck back. It’s nice and clean. Looks beautiful again thank you Kenny.

In addition to the work being on time, Evan went over the warranty we have on the car. Although I might have same questions in the future, Evan was kind and projected that our questions were important and no problem going over them again in the future. Jennifer was asked a question by me and told me how to go about getting my answer. That is what I like that you are all a family and it doesn’t matter who we are working with, I can ask anyone for advice and not being told I have to ask the one who was assigned my case.

The service was good. The staff was friendly. My complaint is the length of time for the wait. It always seems that Anderson‘s has a long wait for an oil change. Well I appreciate the great amenities in the waiting room, I feel like when I make an appointment at 2 o’clock I should be out of there before three or 315. It would be one thing if it happened just once but it’s always seems to happen. I would appreciate your feedback on my feedback. Thank you.

I’ve been having an issue with my Highlander, there’s shops out there that would of made up problems to spend your money..Toyota has been nothing but honest n upfront with me, even putting me in a rental til my vehicle was ready to come home. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, Kenny’s amazing to deal with.

I had a late appointment and they got the service done with no problem but my rear brake caliper was warped and I needed to get it fixed. Jose asked if I could leave it overnight so he could do the brakes in the morning but I had to leave town first thing in the morning, and he went ahead and got them done. I truly appreciate his commitment to making the customer happy! Thank you Jose and your team for staying to get it done!
