I was told that the problem with my car was that my fuel pump overheated. When I was told this it made me question whether the pump is faulty or if it was a manufacture defect. The only other thing I was told is that it is hot out and if it were to happen again I would have to pull over for 15 minutes to allow the pump to cool down. At that point I feel like this car would be unreliable and unsafe for both me and my family. Considering this is a brand new car,not even a year old I don’t feel like I should be having any type of issues or having to pull over on the highway to cool the car down.

Howie is the man. Great service advisor. He kept me in the loop the whole time. Back story, I came in for routine maintenance and to have motor mounts and transmission mount check for a vibration. Howie made sure that those were checked and had trans mount ordered and received within 2 business days. He made the repair schedule work around my schedule and even called me in between to see if I could get the car in sooner. I drop the car off in the morning and by mid day they had transmission mount installed, new tires, alignment, and even a car wash done. Picked up my car after all was completed and she is all back to normal again. Thank you Howie. You have been a great help. 5 stars today for Howie and the team at Anderson Toyota in Lake Havasu City AZ. Howie, it's people like you that make the customer experience great. Thank you kind sir.

Jose is always pleasant to deal with. He addresses all of my concerns and as his very best to communicate all of the details having the shuttle was convenient Bonnie was pleasant on the ride to work and picking me up from work to return to my vehicle that had new tires. I am curious to see how much my vehicle is worth and look into a newer vehicle with more features. We love our Toyota and will continue to give our business and share with friends our experience
