I love dealing with Danielle when I bring my car in. This is not on her, but after your Service Department put in my new battery, the AUTO function on the driver's side window no longer works! I have to keep my finger on the button now -- I miss the auto feature and feel like this way is harder on the switch. I'll try Google - if that doesn’t work hopefully it's covered on the Pre-owned Certified Warranty. Anyway, this is supposed to be Danielle's moment so here it is... she's da bomb!! Thanks for having such good employees who provide awesome service.

I was more than happy with Mike Busby but not with the previous repairs that were performed on my tire, which has had a beading issue since the day I bought them from Toyota. Even Mike told me the last repair attempt was poorly done, which he apologized for. I appreciated Mike’s honesty but it still costed me 2 hours of time from work which came out of my vacation bank. I hope this sealant job does the trick

I’ve had my RAV4 Hybrid 10 months now and I love it a little more every day. As well-built, economical, and dependable as any vehicle I’ve ever owned in my over 70 years of automobile ownership and operation. This is my first Toyota but that would be totally different if I’d ever owned one earlier on. I just don’t think there’s any better quality for the price anywhere out there. So I’m pretty particular about the maintenance on my vehicles and the Maintenance guys here at Anderson Toyota are top-notch. The reason I know they’re the best is that I don’t think about them at all in between my visits for scheduled maintenance. That’s the best compliment you can give a mechanic. Which means, of course, that driving that car is as trouble free as I could ever expect. Every transaction I’ve had at this dealership, from purchase to service appointments has been like that. Kudos, it’s how you hope things will go from when you buy to when you sell. Thanks guys! Appreciate ya!
