I have been taking my car to Toyota for oil change for a couple of years, and this last time it needed the oil pan changed due to a leak. Jose arranged it for me to have a rental car for free for a few days until the part arrived and the pan was replaced. I got home and I thought oil was not added to the motor; even my husband thought the same. I informed Jose (after hours) and he came right over to check it out and he reassured us. The oil used now is so light and thinner, and almost looks like cooking oil; my husband's and I could not see it, and could hardly feel it, until Jose pointed it out and explained the different car oils now being used. Jose put us at easy. Who does all that now days!! That is beyond excellent customer service!!! He has always treated me like family when I go get car service, but now I know he cares about his customers. Thank you, Jose!!!! And to Jose's boss (Joe), I am a nurse and excellent customer service is up there with great patient care; sincerely, Jose deserves to be recognized as employee of the year!!! And a raise would not hurt!! God bless you all and your business!!

3rd time bringing vehicle in for same issue...the first time I was told battery had been incorrectly installed. 2nd time they told me it was a sensor issue. The third time they installed a thermostat, gasket water inlet, coolant. I DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE ISSUES PRIOR TO IT BEING SERVICED A FEW WEEKS AGO. All fluids were replaced at that time and a new battery was installed. A few days later check engine light on AWD Disabled. I hope this last service has resolved this.
