Not sure if you got my previous post I was disconnected from the site, but this was my first time meeting Izzy. He was great. Make sure I caught the shuttle that was leaving. My car was in and out of there very quickly and checkout was a breeze. thanks for the great service

Izzy was knowledgeable, persistent and easy to work with. Although it was over two hours he hung in there until the end with a positive attitude. I do not wait well at my age but Izzy was a natural in keeping me calm.

All was good from apereonel basis and it appears all is good from a mechanical basis. It would be appropriate if your systems reflected the status of our holding of a Service Contract. This would make the visit more seamless and stop us getting requests for payment by text after the fact. The service was first thing Monday but on Tuesday morning I got a message saying I’d missed my service appointment that morning…..so as an IT professional you need some data and reporting issues addressed. Also, we drive a new pretty expensive SUV and to have it returned without even a basic vacuum or a basic exterior clean isn’t what I’ve been used to at either Jeep, Ford or Subaru dealerships, so addressing that would not have me thinking of driving to Yarmouth Toyota which is the same distance from my home in Manomet.

I sat for 2 hours (with an appointment) for an oil change and state inspection, only to be told you were unable to do the inspection because of an equipment failure. I expect more prompt service or at least timely information.
