The scheduling was overbooked for cars to be serviced in addition to a lack of number of employees to work on the cars. therefore, It created a backlog. I booked my service appointment months in advance to arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to find out that there was a long line of cars before me and that they were running considerably behind. 1 1/2 -2 hrs. I was told that several service techs were on vacation and one had gotten sick and went home. It would be helpful if the scheduling department would coordinate scheduling around employee vacations so that when a customer brings their car in to be serviced at an appointment time, there would be enough employees to cover the repairs and servicing of the car.

Patty gave me excellent technical advice concerning my RAV4. She gave me great information concerning my tires and the air pressure sensor located within the tire and the fact that a non Toyota made sensor will not function properly. This could negatively impact the driving performance of the vehicle, a major safety issue.

Only one issue Was told they have put regular oil in not synthetic however my sticker Says oil change 5000 miles not sure what oil was used can u let me know going to call service tomorrow to explain. And get a firm answer
