Had a 11:00 appointment and it took 2 hours for a simple tire rotation. Unexceptionable. I wanted someone to talk to me about my lease but no one approached me. Last time the were on me in a heartbeat.

Yes, I could not have been treated more responsibly and have much gratitude to the persons who responded to my predicament. They listened, I was a person and they really stepped up to assist me in navigating my situation. I particularly appreciate that they were clear in defining what I needed to do to resolve my particular situation and what they could and couldn’t do to help me. Ellen, Shane, John all listened and offered opinions and guidance. I looked and considered all, but unfortunately my income is such that we didn’t come up with a good match. I had looked at the inventory before this because it seemed that these were folks that I would want to deal with in the future. Again my financial means are a limitation, as it is for many of those over 70, especially the last 6 months. I have experience in the car business and Sullivan should be proud of these staff members. I do wish that the mechanics had appraised me of the deterioration of my undercarriage and called attention to future issues and dangers.

I did not have my vehicle serviced at Sullivan Brother Toyota. I had it serviced at Sullivan Sullivan Brothers Nissan. Don’t know. I am continuing to get text from Sullivan Brother Toyota..
Almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change..tire rotation??
Had an appointment for 1:30 for simple oil change did not leave until 3:45
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation as part of a warranty service. After 2 hours my truck was finished and I left the dealership and drove to exit 13 in Plymouth to complete some errands. When I returned to my truck to leave, I had a warning notice on the screen that said “low engine oil add or replace”. I called the dealer (you) and was told not to drive the vehicle and I had to use a tow truck to return the vehicle to you. It was then discovered there was only 3.2 quarts of oil in my vehicle. The oil was drained and new oil and filter replaced. Luckily I stopped in a parking lot for errands and my vehicle did not stop on its own on the highway. While ultimately this situation was resolved and I hope no permanent damage was done to my vehicle, it could have been a catastrophic event for my vehicle and potentially myself. Patty Majeski did her best to make a very poor situation better but through no fault of her own, this experience reflects poorly on your organization. This was my first direct interaction with the service department and it did not leave a good impression.

I was the first one in the door in the morning, and you did a multi point safety inspection and a state inspection and it took an hour and a half. I’ve worked on cars all my life. That’s a little excessive. Also, you didn’t scrape off the old inspection sticker adhesive and put the new one on in a different spot. It looks like crap. This is a new vehicle. The true skill of a craftsmen and/ or business is evident in the quality of the work performed. One might call into question that quality.
