Had a long talk about leaving the venza overnight to make sure they could get a sticker . Got the car home today, and guess what ? No sticker !!! WTF ! I could've waited a little longer and taken it home then ! Typical , spend a lot of money and get treated badly . Which way to the Ford dealer ?

First, let me say that the service performed on my car was excellent, and Patty’s handling of my paperwork was equally commendable. My dissatisfaction lies with the wait time—over two hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection is not acceptable. Perhaps I chose a difficult week, given that it was just before Labor Day weekend. I understand this isn’t Jiffy Lube and that vacations affect staffing, but appointment availability should reflect actual staffing levels, especially around a holiday. There’s no need to contact me further about this. I’ve been a Sullivan Bros customer for years, and I trust this experience will not be the norm.
