When I scheduled the appointment on Wednesday, the 3rd, I was initially given a drop off time of 3:00PM, the 4th. I asked if the truck would be ready by the of the day. My drop off time was changed to 11:00AM on the 4th. I thanked the person assuming the truck would be ready the same day. I waited around all day on the 4th anticipating a call telling me my truck was ready. All I got was a text message with the cost of repairs. That message came through a bit after 3:00PM. I called shortly after that to ask if my truck would be ready soon. I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the following morning around 8:00/8:30. I have to assume that the truck wasn’t even looked at until 3:00PM on the 4th. A phone call or text message stating that they were running late would have been greatly appreciated.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation at 10:30 on December 5th. I waited two and a half hours for this limited service to be completed. That is unacceptable. If you cannot honor appointments times, it should be clearly stated on your appointment website that appointments times are for YOUR benefit in staging service and customers should NOT rely on them. If I cannot get timely service, I will take my future service needs and vehicle purchases elsewhere.

Love the pick up and drop off service. Excellent. An area of opportunity is getting text messages from several different numbers that don’t appear to have updates from each other. I rescheduled my appointment and still got two text messages from one number trying to confirm the appt I rescheduled and then after speaking to an employee in the day of service got two text messages saying I missed my appointment. It is a little confusing because u are not sure the right person received the message bc there are different numbers. I save them in my phone so I know it’s you but still not efficient.

With an appointment I should not have to sit for two hours for an oil change. I was told we are busy today. Last time I came it was for a tire rotation. Two hours, they told me sorry, we were busy today. It’s not worth what I paid for. You are overbooking. I am sorry I drove all the way there and even sorrier I pre-paid for the service. I don’t have two hours for a scheduled oil change. Reluctant to come back.

Niman was great. He actually over charged me but rectified it as soon as he realized it. Very communicative.

I was charged ( initially) for a tire rotation that was not performed. i marked my tires. Niman resolved that problem by refunding me. Unfortunately, I can not trust that the rest of the work was done properly. I have to take my vehicle to another mechanic to validate that it was actually done… and done competently.
