Wonderful service! Polite! I didn’t know they knew I need my second key and when I left he told me he left it in the car. I am recovering from hip surgery which I did not tell him. My car was left in the garage and not in the parking lot. Thank you

She seemed very confused and wanted to charge me for my service which was actually paid for when I purchased the vehicle. However, when my husband left, he did not pay.

After paying a $2,000 Platinum extended warranty I was charged $139 for the diagnostic test. For a total of $207.44 for a $34.00 gas cap. I’m sure you wouldn’t be happy either.

Bob goes the extra effort to make sure his customers are happy. He arranged a loaner for me & it was the BZ4. I was impressed with it (more bells & whistles than my Rav4). But Bob got my Rav4 ready to go by driving to your warehouse & getting the parts & got my wheels back. Very Well Done, Bob!

The technician wasn’t able to fix the seat adjustment in my car and recommended I set up appointment this week to have it replaced.

In addition to being satisfied with service , I did not like that the technician did not tell the service attendant if my tires were low. I should have asked head of time before the multipoint inspection. The service attendant said the tires get topped off with air; I am very happy they do that. I would have been happier if I knew how much because it is hard for me to check the air in my tires and I realize how important that is.
